• Email me a file stamped copy of the judgment
• If taken in default, also send file stamped copies of the Returns of Service
• In that message, confirm that there is no supersedes bond accepted by the Court
• If I have no concerns, file the motion and proposed order
• If a hearing is required, email me the hearing notice
• Call me the moment you get a ruling from the Judge
• I will then immedialy file my oath and bond (if required) and begin searching for assets
• Debrief me on any information you already have about debtor and his activities
• After that, everything is in my hands. The first thing I will do is make sure there is no pre-existing receivership taking priority
